The world today is facing cut throat competition.... and apparently we have happily imbibed this ... tradition of mobile greetings in our culture. And ... infact ,,, one feels sad if your "so called" dear friend doesnt send you diwali.. SMS... i hv a sarcastic smile while writig that ... infact people do show their concern in SMSing by keeping their calender updated ... and setting up an AUTO SMS ... system .. which might just help them get rid of the tiring job of typing numbers... and ofcourse ..a bigger pain remembering them.
I sincerely believe in the idea of the Jaadu Ki Jhappi of Lage Raho Munna Bhai Fame.... What i believe in that not only festivals and rituals are .. an occassion to meet ..but they have thier significance else where also.. i remember .. how ... a painful wacking from our teachers used to vanish ... when a dear friend of ours used .. to wipe your eyes..and UTTER ... "Mujhe tumse zor se lagi thi...."
Well... we say... distances are increasing...sadly its the biggest mockery on modern day technology....when they claim they hv brought closer to people ... mentally .. but wt abt spiritual compassion it is just loss... alas!! Our technology cant provide that.
Well... its not this people hv stopped loving ,,, but ,,, with Globalisation ... they have just made their schedule and lifestyle rigid ---- and compromised on thier feelings and desires.

Everybody today is chasing something, some one chasing money, some chasing fame and some even goes to chase long lost love and relationship. Today, we seriously are getting habituated to this fast world and then for our dreams, we are forgetting our other issues. Like maintaining constant touch with our friends. Gone are the days, when atleast we use to take out time to pen down the letter to our friends. And worse, we now send our Love Letters through Emails, where all those typo are taken care of. I wonder, their should be option to include fragrance and blot of tears in those Love Letters as well, then it might look lil original and can be compared to what our ancestors use to send.
Stil, that said, even though we realize this time and again, but then we think,OK I will write a letter instead of email sometime later on, but then that Later on never comes.
